In the heart of the old center, this apartment is close to all amenities and will allow you to enjoy the beautiful city of Chalon S/Saône. The view of the Saône allows total immersion in the city center. The main restaurant alley is on the street parallel to the apartment. For shopping, souvenirs, architecture and the must-see places of Chalon? All you have to do is cross a bridge, and you're there! On foot, by bike, by car… it's up to you! ————————— The space This 38 m2 apartment has everything you need for a great stay in the Châlons region. 👞 The entrance: You have a coat rack and a shoe cabinet, as well as a mirror. Ideal for a little combing before you leave! 🧑🏽‍🍳 The kitchen: Open to the living room, the kitchen consists of • an induction hob and utensils suitable for its use, as well as a hood, • a fridge-top with a mini-freezer (in which there are already made ice cubes), • an oven and utensils suitable for its use, • a standard microwave, • a Senseo® coffee maker️. You can also have your meals on the dining table and use the folding chairs stored in the dressing room if there are more than two of you. 🍲 A basic kit is at your disposal: coffee, tea, pasta, rice, salt, olive oil, sugar. 🛋️ The living room: Very bright, the relaxation area is also very comfortable. A 2-seater sofa will allow you to relax and sleep 2 other guests. The sofa bed is a sofa that unfolds and is composed of a DUNLOPILLO mattress, for your comfort. Bed linen is available for extra comfort. Board games, books and catalogs are available in the TV cabinet. A connected 55-inch TV will allow you to watch up to 100 cable channels, and connect to your Netflix, Amazon, etc. accounts. Please remember to disconnect your accounts before leaving the premises. You will not be reimbursed at my expense in the event of any problems. 🚫 It is forbidden to subscribe via the apartment's wifi; if necessary, you will be obliged to refund your purchases as stipulated in the AIRBNB GTC. 🛌 The room: Your nights will be quiet in this space located on the private courtyard side. Blurring on the windows helps to keep your privacy. The 160 x 200 bed is composed of a slatted bed base and a soft foam mattress. Bed linen, duvet and pillows are provided. The connected TV will allow you to access your Netflix accounts once again, etc., but not cable channels. A dressing room is at your disposal with hangers, an iron and an ironing board. 💧 The bathroom: Relax for a shower in a 140x90 bath set. Shampoo and soap are available. An electric towel dryer will allow you to heat the room or your towels to your liking. Please note that you may be charged for any over-consumption. In the cabinet you will find bath sheets, towels, a hairdryer and a first aid kit. 🚻 The toilet: Pass the arch, and access the toilet and laundry area. A washing machine is available for your use with a drying rack. In case of forgetfulness, a washing tablet is available for your convenience. Please note that the connected water heater is set to eco mode and you must not touch it. You may be charged for any changes that result in over-consumption. 😍 This apartment has been completely renovated to accommodate you in the best possible way. ☀️❄️ Reversible and connected air conditioning has been installed for your comfort during the stay. The temperature is: 23 degrees. The private courtyard belongs to the co-owners of the apartments in the residence. You therefore do not have access to it, except to dispose of your waste during the stay and before your departure. 🚮 To access it, you need to walk along the staircase in the hallway to the door that leads to the courtyard. On your right, a metal staircase hides the green and yellow bins. 🥂 Glass is to be thrown into the glass bin provided for this purpose. It is on your right when you exit the residence, at the end of the sidewalk. ————————— Other things to note ♿️ This home is not easily accessible for people with reduced mobility who cannot do without their wheelchairs: • 2 crooked steps are to be climbed on the street side, • the doorways inside the accommodation and the possibilities to turn are not wide enough (min. 120 cm impossible). 🚼 Following a theft, we no longer have a high chair at this time. However, we have a small kit for children: games, plastic cutlery and plates, emergency bottle (nipple flow 2), as well as a travel cot.
