Once booked, the reservation will be placed directly in your name and you will receive a confirmation number for check in. CHECK IN PROCESS You will check in directly at the resort with your ID and a credit card for incidentals. The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT Check in begins at 4:00 PM and check out is by 10:00 AM. These times are set by the resort and early check in or late check out may not be available. If arriving early or departing later in the day, the front desk can hold your luggage while you enjoy the resort amenities. HILLSIDE LOCATION The Virgin Grand section is located on the hillside above the main resort area. Westin staff provide transportation around the property and can be contacted at any time for a ride, making it easy to travel between Virgin Grand and the main resort amenities. ENVIRONMENTAL FEE The U.S. Virgin Islands requires a mandatory Environmental/Infrastructure Impact Fee of $25 per night, which is paid directly to the resort at check in.
