A lovingly restored 150-year-old heritage home by the Killi River. Nestled in the heart of Trivandrum, it’s a peaceful riverside retreat with antique charm, red oxide floors, and warm modern comfort; just minutes from the city’s main landmarks. The space Our home blends traditional Kerala architecture with quiet comfort. Built using wood reclaimed from century-old houses and topped with odu tiles, it has two air-conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms The red and colored oxide floors, antique furniture, and wooden beams give each room a warm, nostalgic feel. The living area is cozy and simple, with a dining table that doubles as a workspace. You’ll find Wi-Fi, TV, hot water, fans in all rooms, and free parking on the premises. If you are a larger group we are happy to provide extra mattresses. Guest access Guests have a private entrance and complete privacy during their stay. You’ll have full access to the first floor and its riverside surroundings. It’s a peaceful space to unwind, work, or explore the city from. You do also have access to a simple Kitchenette for tea coffee and some light cooking Other things to note The home sits beside the serene Killi River, so expect calm mornings and breezy evenings. We’re 2 km from Kanakakkunnu Palace and Sri Chitra Art Gallery, 2.4 km from the zoo, 4.7 km from Padmanabhaswamy Temple, 3.8 km from the railway station, and 6 km from the international airport. The neighbourhood is peaceful yet central, perfect for those who want to experience Trivandrum’s heritage at their own pace. Extra mattresses are also available if needed. As a house rule, all appliances (AC, water heater, lights, fans,etc.) must be turned off whenever you step out. If they’re left on for several hours after you step out, we reserve the right to enter and turn them off to prevent energy waste and appliance strain. Please note: bookings for upto 2 guests will be accommodated in Bedroom 1.
