The property features underfloor heating set to a cosy 20°C throughout. There’s also a conveniently located boiler room next to the lounge, ideal for drying coats or damp clothes after a day out. Both bedrooms feature Smart TVs, while the spacious main bedroom offers ample room and a dedicated workspace—perfect for business travellers or anyone needing a quiet area to work. Our standard sleeping configuration is 1 x Super King bed and 2 x twin beds. The apartment is flexible and can be arranged as either twin rooms or Super King beds to suit your needs. Simply let us know your preferred layout at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Guests benefit from 1 designated free parking on a private drive, with direct access to the front door for added convenience. Outside, you’ll find a charming courtyard-style garden for your exclusive use, complete with a small BBQ—feel free to enjoy it during your stay. We kindly ask that it’s cleaned and left ready for the next guests. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and are welcome to use the private courtyard during their stay. Other things to note Longer stays – what’s included. For stays of 7 nights or more, we provide a starter pack of essentials to get you settled, including toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee, and washing-up liquid. Guests usually top up supplies as needed during their stay. For stays of 14 nights or more, spare towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment for your convenience. If you would like a mid-stay clean, this can be arranged at a mutually convenient time for £65.00 which includes a light clean throughout the apartment and a change of towels and bed linen. External bins are located under the lean-to, with options for recycling. These are managed by our cleaning team, so you don’t need to put bins out on collection day — it’s all taken care of for you. There is 1 designated parking space for the apartment however other vehicles can be accommodated subject to availability and with at least 48h advance notice. For some peace of mind and your safety a fire extinguisher and fire blanket is kept in the cupboard to the right of the washing machine along with a small first aid tin. Fingers crossed you never have to use it.
