Welcome to our sunny apartment, which is our beloved home. Whenever we travel, we gladly share our personal sanctuary with guests looking for a peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere. The entire place will be exclusively yours. ​To help you unplug, we do not have a TV or Wi-Fi. We invite you to experience a digital detox – swap screens for coffee on the balcony, a good book on our comfy sofa, or great conversations. It is the perfect place to slow down and reconnect near beautiful nature. The space Our apartment is spacious, filled with natural light, and designed to provide a welcoming sanctuary for relaxation and quality time. Every detail reflects the warmth of a real home. ​Layout and Features: ​Living Room & Kitchen: The heart of the home features a huge, incredibly comfortable L-shaped sofa—perfect for lounging, reading, or sharing stories. The kitchen is fully equipped for proper cooking (fridge, stove, oven, cookware) and includes a coffee maker for your morning ritual. ​Balcony: Accessible directly from the living room, offering outdoor seating with a pleasant view, perfect for open-air breakfasts or evening unwinding. ​Bedroom: A quiet, peaceful zone with a cozy bed and high-quality mattresses ensuring a deep, restful sleep. ​Bathroom: Clean and modern, featuring a bathtub/shower and a washing machine fully available for your use. ​The entire space is envisioned as a screen-free oasis (no TV or Wi-Fi) where you can fully slow down and recharge. Guest access During your stay, the entire apartment is 100% exclusively yours. I will not be present, and your privacy is fully respected. You have full access to rooms, the balcony, and all the amenities inside. Parking: Free and hassle-free parking is available right by the building in public parking spots. For Cyclists & Adventurers: If you're planning to explore the local biking trails, let me know in advance so we can arrange a secure space to store your bikes. Other things to note Please note these important details before booking: ​Digital Detox: There is deliberately no Wi-Fi and no TV in the apartment. Enjoy this unique opportunity to unplug! However, mobile signal and 4G/5G data networks work perfectly fine here. ​A Real Home: This is our primary residence, meaning some of our personal belongings (clothes in closed wardrobes, books, etc.) are present. Everything is arranged to ensure you have plenty of space and a spotless, cozy environment. ​House Rules: The apartment is located in a quiet residential building. Please respect the quiet hours (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM). Parties or events are strictly forbidden. ​​Smoking: Smoking inside the apartment is strictly forbidden. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only (an ashtray is provided).
