Family home close to Paris and the Loire

Located in the heart of Puiseaux, a stone's throw from the 13th century church and its shops, on a quiet street between the city center and the park, our house will easily accommodate one or more families. Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, bathroom/laundry room, living room (comfortable sofa bed) 1st: bedroom with shower room, bed 160 or 2x80 2nd: bedroom with shower room, bed 160 or 2x80 and single bed; bedroom with shower room, bed 140 2 extra beds, travel cot The space Puiseaux is a small, typically French town with its 13th century church, its twisted bell tower and its market hall. You will find small shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, tobacco, fast food, cafes, pharmacy, grocery store (10 a.m. - 10 p.m.) and a gas station supermarket). Our house is ideally located on a one-way street between the city center and the municipal park (sports fields, fitness trail, children's playground). Parking is available on the street of our house or nearby (parking lot). You enter through the porch and its bay window that reveals the courtyard and its generous rose bushes. You can enjoy the terrace for family meals in peace. On the ground floor and opening onto the courtyard you will find: a kitchen equipped with a kitchen piano (5 burners, 2 ovens and a grill), a dishwasher and an American fridge (ice cubes available) a dining room with breakfast area (microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster) a bathroom/laundry room with shower and bathtub, sink, toilet, washing machine and drying rack a cozy living room with books and a desk as well as a comfortable sofa bed (if you want a full-size bed) On the 1st floor you will find a large bedroom with shower room, bed 160 or 2x80 On the 2nd floor a small landing serves 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with shower room, 160 cm bed or 2 x 80 cm beds and 1 single bed; and one bedroom with shower room, 140 cm bed We have 2 extra beds (a bed and a sofa bed) that we can place in the room you want. We can also provide items for a baby (baby bed, chair, changing table, etc.) Another accommodation (studio) is located at the back of the courtyard and has a separate entrance (at the back of the property). Our two cats live on the property. In case of long stay we provide a cleaning service during the stay. We are an hour from Paris, a quarter of an hour from the Fontainebleau forest, 30 minutes from the Château de Fontainebleau and Barbizon and an hour from the Loire and its castles.
