Lukes Barn is in the beautiful hamlet of Mawla, on the Mineral Tramway Cycle path that runs from Portreath to Devoran. Just a 6 minute drive to the North Cornish coastline and the gorgeous sandy beaches of Porthtowan (Blue Flag Award) and Portreath, popular surfing spots. Lukes Barn is a gorgeous family home. Downstairs is open plan, encompassing the kitchen, living and dining room, perfect for family fun. There is a garden and a separate patio area which is fabulous for al fresco dining. The space Lukes Barn is a detached home with its own private garden, patio and parking. On one side of Lukes Barn is Lukes Cottage, the owners home, and on the other is fields. Lukes Barn has been recently refurbished to a high standard and provides a gorgeous home away from home. In the front garden is a Hot Tub and also a games room. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. One Master bedroom with a Kingsize bed and ensuite. A double bedroom and another bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a master bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet. In the hallway cupboard there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. Downstairs is open plan. The Lounge has 2 3 seater sofas and a chair and TV. The Kitchen should have everything you need including kettle, toaster, microwave, Tassimo Coffee machine, dishwasher and 2 undercounter fridges. There is plenty of storage space for your provisions. Patio doors lead out onto the enclosed patio where there is seating for lounging in the sun and also an outside table and chairs for al fresco dining. Around the front of the Barn is the enclosed decking area and garden. There is a washing line and plenty of room for chilling. There is a large lockable games room on the side of the Barn which has ample room for all your bikes, surf boards and beach gear. Guest access Lukes Barn is a stand alone property and guests have private access to the house, garden, patio and parking. Other things to note The water in the hot tub is changed between each booking in line with legislation. This means that the hot tub may not be up to temperature on your first night.
