It is located on the 4th upper or top floor of the residential and commercial building klabautermann 3 with exclusively quiet businesses (rental agency, office, shops) and practically sits like a small house over the entire OstseeResort! The interior The space This extraordinary harbor apartment offers a living, dining and kitchen area (about 31 sqm), a small balcony (2 x 2 m), a hallway with a writing area, a bedroom and a bathroom with enough space to feel immediately at home - the open and partly up to 4 m high ceilings to the roof ridge create a very special charm here! A small infrared heat cabin is also available! For the third and fourth person there is a sofa bed in the living area. The special feature is not only the unique view, but especially the location right in the harbor mile of the beautiful and newly emerging marina, the main attraction of the entire holiday resort. Watching the morning or evening glow and the sunsets over the harbor is a special colorful event almost every day... Directly on the Baltic Sea, in one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Germany, in the northeast of Schleswig-Holstein, directly between Schleimündung and the Baltic Sea, a new, unique holiday resort of the extra class is being built, which impresses with its diversity. The Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz is to become Northern Europe's largest maritime holiday resort. A trip to Bad Arnis, Germany's smallest town, or to Eckernförde for the eel regatta or the pirate spectacle in August, or to Sieseby, the beautiful timber-framed village directly on the Schlei. Or, or, or. There is hardly a second such location in Germany on the entire Baltic Sea coast! If you love a quiet holiday close to nature, you should certainly be able to spend "your most beautiful time of the year" here, even if the environment and infrastructure in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is currently still undergoing constant change with construction. This is already taken into account in the price calculation and does not constitute a defect.
