Please note: bedroom 7 (dormitory) consists of 8 single beds (90 x 200) divided into two in alcoves, with ensuite bathroom. As these beds are arranged in alcoves, the mattresses cannot be separated. Please refer to the photos on the website. Please note that in winter you may need to park on the side of the road at the bottom of the driveway up to the chalet, about 80m from the entrance, and walk this distance. For safety reasons, we would be grateful if you could park in a way that does not interfere with access to the chalet. PLEASE NOTE that the maximum occupancy of the property is 15 people. In accordance with fire safety regulations, the building complies with the provisions of the decree of January 31, 1986 (as amended) for residential buildings. Thus, although the property has beds for 20 people, the maximum occupancy of the chalet must not exceed 15 people in order to comply with the provisions of the decree of June 22, 1990 relating to establishments open to the public. SECURITY DEPOSIT We require a security deposit of €1000 via the pre-authentication of your card, this does not affect the balance of your card. Pre-authentication will be unlocked as soon as we have verified the property and confirmed that no damage has been caused.
