Welcome to our family country home, approximately 220 m², located in Sarthe, near Bouloire, just 25 minutes from Le Mans and the 24 Hours circuit. Ideal for stays with family or friends, it offers beautiful living spaces, a peaceful environment, and all the comforts you need for a getaway in the countryside. The space We are pleased to share our country house with you. It is with great care, enthusiasm, and heart that we have decorated and renovated this farmhouse while respecting its authenticity and rustic charm (We continue to improve the setting every week) The house has 4 bedrooms spread over two levels: - A double bedroom on the ground floor with its own bathroom, then upstairs - a double bedroom, - an atypical bedroom with 2 single beds (toys and children's books included) - one "dormitory" bedroom with 4 single beds - and a large bathroom with bathtub and shower. A large landing completes the floor, offering a relaxation area for reading (comics) or watching videos (note that there is a TV screen but no TV channels). We provide DVDs and an HDMI cable to connect a computer. Our philosophy is to disconnect a little from the world to enjoy nature). You will also enjoy a very large living room of over 80 m² with: - Cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, - A large, welcoming dining room, - a fully equipped kitchen - and a utility room with appliances. Outside, you will enjoy a property of about 1 hectare, a large part of which is wooded, perfect for relaxing in the heart of nature. The property also has: - A new heated swimming pool, 9 m x 4 m, open from May to September, secured with an enclosure and dome, - a garage - A barn with a ping-pong table to extend your leisure time. For children and adults, in addition to the cabins, there is badminton, soccer cages, molky, a pétanque court, a swing... Guest access Access with a lockbox, but please note that we like to welcome guests in person to show them around our house.
