Caretaker lives in garage apartment to keep your peace of mind and help with anything you may need during your stay. Anyone visiting is not allowed to sleep in unit. Strict max 6 person booking. Other things to note Beautiful spacious home on large beach front property. Completely fenced for privacy. Can order food delivery from local restaurant for local and foreign meals. LK’s FantaSea Bar & Grill. Free delivery for house guests. Absolutely no smoking inside house. No more than 6 people are allowed as per booking guidelines set.
