The space Set in a ¼ acre of land, Stone View Villa is the ideal location for those who want to feel at peace in a tranquil, safe, spacious, green and lush setting in the south of Jamaica, but with quick easy access to all parts of the island. The Villa is blessed with a natural Caribbean sea breeze and has uninterrupted views of both the famous Great Yallahs Pond and the surrounding mountain range. This newly renovated 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Villa sleeps up to 6 and is situated just off the new St Thomas highway. There's a spacious outdoor veranda and a backyard. You'll also enjoy beautiful views of the nearby lake. The airport is less than 45minutes away and Kingston City is less than 1 hour. Morant Bay is just 15 minutes away, including the new Morant Bay Urban Centre. From there you have easy access to Portland and beyond. The new highways across the island mean an excursion to Ochi Rios and the north coast takes less than 2 hours. Morant Bay, the principal town in St Thomas, is the historic home of Paul Bogle and 3 Finger Jack. St Thomas is also famous for the natural spa at Bath Fountain and the water falls at Roselle, Reggae falls and Grandpa falls. Stone View Villa has all the amenities you would expect and provides all the modern comforts including; solar powered hot water, air-conditioning in all bedrooms, ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen, in door and outdoor dining and relaxation areas, TV, and off course superfast internet. Your safety, security and comfort is of paramount importance to us. The Villa is protected by security lights as well as CO2 and smoke detectors. The Villa can be rented as a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom unit. We have tried to ensure the Villa is wheelchair friendly and convenient for those with mobility issues. Your dedicated friendly host is on hand to service all your needs and help with any issues that may arise. A cook and a driver is available on request, an airport pick up and drop off service can be arranged.
