Crow's Pass - Intentional Living

Come in! Welcome to my home! let's get past the first date jitters right away! Crow’s Pass is an intentional living community I am building so seniors on a single or modest income can remain in Cape Breton. This listing is not that community, but it is a big conversation in my home right now! If you want to know more, you can just ask, always willing to brainstorm it! We do share — two levels, a kitchen, Laundry & deck, and a host downstairs. How much of the day we share is up to you. The space You get two good-sized bedrooms, a bathroom that is yours, a full functioning kitchen, the dining area, the living room, and the deck, and a cute little laundry area downstairs. This is a comfortable, laid-back house. Shared living means the kitchen is a real kitchen and the table is a real table and visitors are welcome always even yours! Guest access This is not a private apartment if I am home. I live and work on the lower level. You have your own floor and my door is always open, because there is none! If I am traveling, the house is yours. If I am here, it is a shared home on two levels. Other things to note Beautiful walking trail close by. Easy access to everything Cape Breton!
