An accommodation surrounded by a river and unique landscapes, near the Ésera, the Isábena, and the Barasona Reservoir, where tranquility envelops everything. A warm and intimate space, fully equipped, designed for rest and relaxation. The space We have 4 identical houses on a rustic and ecological property, each with space for 4 people, located in a natural and quiet setting next to the river. (License pending) Each house has a double bed and a hot tub, without a shower. They also have a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic stovetop, microwave, fridge with freezer and Nespresso coffee maker) and a terrace with mountain views. They include air conditioning with a cold/heat pump, soundproof windows, hypoallergenic pillows, a smart TV, free WiFi, and parking on the property. The gel available is organic soap, suitable for body and hair, in keeping with a sustainable approach. The cottages can be rented independently or together for groups of up to 16 people (check availability). Possibility of adding a tent, camper or trailer for 2 people on the adjacent plot (€20/night). We do not charge a pet fee. The accommodation is located on an organic farm where the natural cycle of the environment is respected, so there is no ornamental lawn, but rather native vegetation adapted to the climate. Exterior maintenance and vegetation upkeep are carried out seasonally and in a controlled manner, prioritizing the conservation of the landscape and native fauna. The presence of wildlife such as roe deer, foxes, otters, wild ducks, and squirrels is common, as well as a rich biodiversity of pollinating insects. The houses are located in Graus (Huesca), the gateway to the Aragonese Pyrenees and the surroundings of the Benasque Valley. Just 10 km from the Dag Shang Kagyu Buddhist Monastery and less than an hour from the Aramón Cerler ski resort. The area offers activities to enjoy year-round: hiking, mountain bike trails, adventure sports on the river, fishing, climbing and winter sports. You can also discover the charm of Graus, with its historic center, the Basílica de Santa María de la Peña, Plaza Mayor, and the 7 Fountains Route. At the property, you will find brochures from the company Eseraventura with discounts on activities such as rafting, kayaking and hydrospeed. In addition, you can also benefit from a discount on the photo report of the activity. Just remember to present the brochure on the day of booking. Everything designed for you to make the most of your stay and your adventure in the Pyrenees! 😊 Guest access River access: The property has direct access to the river, which you can easily reach on foot without leaving the property. A perfect spot to enjoy nature and cool off on the hottest days. Pool area: The pool is located next to the host's home, and the host allows guests to use and enjoy it. It is a large seasonal pool (10 x 4 m and 1.20 m deep), with ecological salt water purification, ideal for cooling off and relaxing in the heart of nature. The space has sun loungers to rest and enjoy the surroundings in peace. It can be used regularly from June to October, depending on weather conditions. Porch and shared outdoor area: Next to the pool there is a porch with tables and chairs where you can eat outdoors. In this space, you will also find a refrigerator with some drinks available for guests. If you want to have one, you can simply leave the corresponding amount in the box provided for that purpose. We like to keep this small space based on trust, something that our guests have always appreciated. Portable barbecue on request: Each cottage can request a portable barbecue for private use during their stay. Its use will be allowed only when authorized by current fire prevention regulations. Charcoal is not included and must be provided by the guests. Shared washing machine: We have a community shed with a washing machine available to guests. Its use costs €3 per wash. Detergent is not included. You will find a box set up to deposit the amount. Special for couples: We offer the option of preparing romantic touches upon request, such as special decorations with flowers, petals or ambiance for special occasions (check availability and conditions). Other things to note Your pet is welcome, at no extra fee. The property is not fenced; it is an open natural setting.
