Beautiful relaxation accommodation (accessible)

Located on the outskirts of Mössingen, the location with a wonderful panorama of the Swabian Alb invites you to relax. The train station and city center are within easy reach. The 105 m², step-free and fully equipped accommodation consists of an entrance area, kitchen, up to 3 bedrooms (1x barrier-free), 1 living/dining room and 1-2 bathrooms. It can accommodate 1-10 people. Incl. high-speed Wi-Fi, bed linen and bath towels. The space The house is accessible and the ground floor is also accessible. The remaining bedrooms and the second bathroom are on the second floor. On the ground floor, next to the open entrance area, is the first guest bedroom, which has a double bed and a large wardrobe. With the curtain open, the view invites you to dream and linger in bed. Next to it is the guest bathroom, which is equipped with a large shower and sink, also barrier-free. In the space in between are all the necessary reserve utensils (emergency kit, cleaning products, toilet/kitchen paper, tissues and whatever else you might need). The guest toilet is also on the ground floor. Then follows the spacious living-dining-kitchen area with access to the terrace and garden. With a wonderful view, you are still protected from prying eyes. The area invites you to linger, dream, be together, enjoy and relax. A small collection of games and the oven complete the whole. The kitchen is fully equipped and if everything is not available, a few small things are already there. Coffee, tea and water are available. Other small items are also on site and can be consumed for a donation to the treasure chest. On the upper floor is the second guest room with a double bed, a double sofa bed and the baby/child's bed with great views and a spacious wardrobe. Next to it is the third guest room with two double beds. From 5 guests or on separate booking, the second bathroom can be shared on the upper floor. Here is a nice bathtub as well as a large shower with beautiful views. There is underfloor heating and a ventilation system throughout the house, which ensure a consistently pleasant climate. Smoking is not allowed in the house. An ashtray is available for smokers and there are enough outdoor areas for it. Guest access The entire ground floor is always available: kitchen, living-dining area, terrace, balcony, garden, guest toilet, a guest room and guest bathroom. Depending on the number of guests, the rooms on the upper floor are available. The bathroom on the upper floor is rented for 5 or more guests or can be booked separately on request. The baby/child bed can also be placed in the guest room on the ground floor. Other things to note There is a guest folder with all the relevant information inside the property. In addition to the technical information about the accommodation, it also contains tips for excursions in the nearby and somewhat further surroundings. A small treasure chest is available for all refreshments so that we can continue to maintain this service for the next guests. We deliberately did not include a price list.
