Groups of friends up to 10 people will also be happy about this spacious, modern apartment. Breakfast can be booked next door. Bakers, shops and an indoor swimming pool with sauna and train station can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. A large living room with integrated kitchen and dining area as well as a wood-burning fireplace leave nothing to be desired. The 4 bedrooms ensure individual retreat options. The two bathrooms are equipped with a toilet, washbasin with a large mirror and vanity unit as well as a walk-in shower or a bathtub. In a separate room there is a washing machine and a dryer, which you can use free of charge. The living area, with its spacious natural stone table (2.50 x 0.95) in the center, invites you to socialize. Adjacent there is the modern, well-equipped kitchenette. It is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. An old altar was rescued from a former vicarage, redesigned as a kitchen block and now complements the modern kitchen as a counterpoint. In the living area, two large sofas invite you to linger. If required, these can also be used as sleeping places. The entire living area, including the bedroom, is furnished with naturally oiled wooden floors and has underfloor heating that can be controlled individually for each room. The apartment impresses with its warm and very pleasant room climate. The open hall gives the apartment space and generosity. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed and balcony, bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, bedroom 4 has a single bed and a workspace. All beds are 200 cm long and have quality mattresses. The bed linen is sewn in comfort size 155 cm x 220 cm. On request, 1 children's cot and 2 additional mattress beds can be provided in the bedrooms. All rooms have windows and the bathrooms also have an automatic room ventilation system. Free LAN and WLAN connection with Fritzbox are available (50MBit/s max. Download). A projector is provided on request. TV is available. Guest access The apartment is in a quiet location by the stream, with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and the Kaiser Mountains, and also centrally located in Kiefersfelden with shopping, swimming pool, beer garden, restaurants, all within walking distance. Your activities can start right at the front door. There are 3 free parking spaces available on the property. You can drive up the driveway in front of the grotto and park directly in front of the staircase to the apartment. You can also stay at road level by car, past the grotto, along the stone wall, and park directly behind the stone wall in front of the carport with 2 cars in a row. Other things to note Leisure activities: In winter, cross-country ski runs and ski slopes can be reached quickly. Night skiing with floodlights and toboggan run operation is also possible. Kiefersfelden has a swimming pool with a sauna area. In summer there is cycling, mountain biking, hiking, via ferrata, trials, water skiing with water lift, forest ropes course, summer toboggan run, swimming in several nearby lakes including a mountain view and beautiful sunbathing opportunities, canyoning, fishing, climbing and much more. Start in the morning on one of the many hiking trails or on the ski slopes and cross-country ski runs and then enjoy the panoramic view and the crackling of the fire in the fireplace. In summer, the spacious, covered balcony invites you to relax with a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding mountain peaks. Enjoy your coffee in the shade there in the afternoon and look forward to the ducks swimming by on the stream. In the evening you can enjoy the glitter of the water and the stars on the balcony with a glass of wine. At the same time, the rustic beer garden under old chestnut trees and the mountain inn's Jägerstube invite you to celebrate, feast or just linger; ideally located in the neighborhood, no need for a car.
