Description

*Inquire for special rate til end of August 1904 Seattle sanctuary. Old world charm - wooden paneling, secret doors, and prohibition-era whiskey cabinet. Peruse the record collection and kick back. 2nd floor deck for lounging in the sun or rain. Close to the city, safe area to walk around. Parks and bike path access. There's a corner deli (with the best and most modestly priced sandwiches in town), cannabis store, bar, and lakeside viewing all within a a few blocks. The space Everything is set up to accommodate a great stay. Make yourself at home! There's a very well equipped kitchen with a takayuki maker, waffle iron, and complimentary bag of coffee. There is a drum set downstairs. Feel free to play between the hours of 7am to 10pm per the Seattle City noise ordinance. There are 5 bedrooms - each with their own access code. 3 of them have set beds while the other two are located downstairs and can be set up with sleeping arrangements upon request. There's lots of blankets and an air mattress as well in case you want to have guests. Guest access Right in the city, easy to get anywhere - Lyon’s Grocery, is a 30 second walk away. Super bike-able area, equally accessible to almost all of Seattle. 15 min walk to the Seattle Center, South Lake Union (Amazon campus) and Fremont. Great food, coffee, and drinks in either direction. You will have a code to enter the house, and codes to each room should you decide to use them. They operate normally otherwise. Downstairs kitchen: pots and pans, toaster, range and oven, fridge and freezer, cupboards, all the utensils and tools you need including a benreiner and waffle iron. Other things to note The staircases (going up and down) are narrow and somewhat steep. This house is not good for people who have compromised mobility. Outside there's a walkway that will take you down to the backyard. The patio is made from mismatched bricks and blocks. If you are not able-footed then I suggest you avoid this area because unstable bricks may cause you to loose your footing.
