The modern building impresses with a clear architectural design language, a minimalist wooden facade and an open, light-flooded room structure. On approx. 250 m² of living space, a spacious living area with a gallery unfolds, which creates a special spatial effect due to its height and openness. A central highlight is the 11-meter-wide glass front, which floods the interior with daylight and creates a flowing transition to the approx. 40 m² terrace.
