The space Step into a light-filled loft measuring 70 m² (753 sq. ft.) with a 6-meter (19.7-foot) ceiling height – open, bright, and modernly furnished. Large windows let in the sun, and in the evening, dimmable lamps create a warm, cozy atmosphere. The apartment offers top-of-the-line entertainment: billiards, darts, home theater with an 85-inch TV, Teufel Dolby Surround sound, Wii, and Xbox. Enjoy movies, TV series, soccer, Formula 1, and other content via Sky, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more. Whether it’s the XXL box spring sofa or the walk-in loft hammock suspended 10 feet above the ground, everyone will find their perfect spot. Loft hammock: (open area – use at your own risk) The kitchenette is fully equipped and contains everything you need for a relaxed start to your day: coffee, spices, and other basics. The modern bathroom offers every comfort, and the balcony invites you to linger while you enjoy the idyllic surroundings. The loft is designed to accommodate up to 4 people; additional guests are also welcome upon request. Perfect for friends, couples, families, or small groups who want to spend time together – whether for game nights, movie nights, or just quiet hours away from it all. The loft is located just minutes from Willingen and Winterberg, ideal for excursions in the Sauerland. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. Bed linens, towels and all other essentials are included, so your stay can start off relaxed right away. Every moment here is special, and as soon as you walk in, you can feel it: this is a place where time simply stands still. Guest access The entrance to the loft is through the garage and via a very(!) steep staircase. Other things to note Loft net (open area) The loft has a suspended net in the upper area, with an unobstructed view of the living area. The use is your own responsibility. Maximum load capacity: 397 lbs (180 kg). Not suitable for infants – children should only use the property under supervision. Please do not jump or romp on the net.
