Under The Eaves Inn is surrounded by Zion National Park on three sides, less than a mile from the park entrance. It is a romantic 1931 landmark home located in the heart of Springdale, Utah offering easy access to the Park entrance, shuttle stops, shops and restaurants. There are no TV's or phones in the rooms. The Garden Cottage Lower Level The Hiker's room is in the basement of the garden cottage and has a large window looking up into the garden. The room is cool in summer and snug in winter. This bedroom contains 2 single size beds. There is a full en-suite private bathroom with tub. This room has its own outside entrance. A small common room contains a coffee Keurig machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. It is located in a small lobby outside Room #6 in the Garden Cottage.
