If you’re looking for a quiet, authentic Goan farm experience, we’d love to host you We have two rooms: • R1 on first floor: Private AC bedroom with ensuite bathroom and an open-air projector setup for movie nights under the stars. • R2 on ground floor: Cozy non-ac bedroom with a separate bathroom and a dedicated outdoor space for bonfires Note on House Vibes: To preserve the natural tranquility of the farm, we maintain a no-party and alcohol-free environment The space Spacious, airy rooms with comfortable beds. Open-air theatre setup for movies (on request). Charming outdoor seating areas perfect for tea, reading, or quiet conversations. A friendly farm environment where you can see daily rural life up close. One room is on the first floor [with AC] with complete privacy, while the second room (non-AC) is on the ground floor with a pleasant sitting area outside. Guest access Shared access to the farm, open theatre, and common areas. Seasonal farming activities you can join. Home-cooked vegetarian meals on request at a nominal fee. Non-veg and drink is strictly NOT ALLOWED in the farm. During your stay We live on the property and are happy to share local tips, suggest temple visits, or arrange transport. We love chatting over tea and giving guests a taste of life on a working farm- from harvesting vegetables to enjoying the evening breeze. Other things to note Check-in: 2 PM | Check-out: 10 AM. No smoking inside rooms. Extra mattresses available at a nominal cost. Please inform us in advance if you’d like to volunteer on the farm or request a movie night.
