Les Aumônes Gîte

Welcome to Aumônes! Located in the heart of the small village of Perriers-en-Beauficel, our cottage with stunning views of the beautiful Sée Valley is a dream place for a relaxing getaway away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The space Our cottage can accommodate up to 5 people, ideal for a stay with family or friends. On the ground floor: - living/dining room (dining table and chairs, sofa, TV, games and books, inertia heaters) - kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, pots, pans, utensils, tea, coffee...) - Bathroom (toilet, shower, inertia radiator, towels and shower gel included) Upstairs: - a bedroom (a 140x190 bed, sheets, chest of drawers, inertia radiator) - a second bedroom (a 140x190 bed, a 90x190 bed, sheets, dresser, inertia radiator) The cottage is separated from our house by a large hall, there is no wall directly adjoining between the two buildings. Outside, there is enough space to park multiple vehicles. Guest access We are located 1 hour from Caen via the A84 (Exit 22 Vire/Jurques/Caumont, or Exit 39 Tessy-sur-Vire/Pont-Farcy), 2.5 hours from Nantes, and 1.5 hours from Rennes via the A84 (Exit 33 Mont Saint-Michel/St Hilaire/Ducey). Other things to note About us: we are Rose and Daniel, a French-American couple who came to go green in beautiful Normandy after living in Nantes for several years.
