At night or on non-lesson days, the host stays in a nearby house. Guests enjoy a private stay. Only the first-floor restroom may be shared. Upright piano available daytime. 6 min from Yokohama-Machida IC. Parking for up to 3 cars (confirm first). Restaurants, shops, pharmacy, and mall nearby. Kitchenware and guest fridge provided. Guest access Guests have access to the guesthouse area of the two-story home. Please note that the attached music school and studio are not accessible to guests, as they are used for lessons and work.Only the first-floor toilet may sometimes be used by music school students. Other things to note Quiet Hours Because the house is close to neighboring homes, please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 8:00 PM. Please keep windows closed at night and avoid chatting outside the entrance. No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. If smoking is detected, an additional cleaning fee and compensation fee may be charged. Trash / Garbage Please help separate trash properly. When a trash bag is full, tie it closed and place it in the dark brown bin on the property. Please do not leave trash outside the property or use public bins at convenience stores or parks. Circuit Breaker The breaker box is located on the first floor above the washing machine. Pets Pets are not allowed. Minors Bookings by minors only are not permitted. Linen / Supplies Extra linen and consumable supplies are not provided during short stays. For long stays, staff may enter the property to restock supplies with advance notice. ID Verification Guests may be asked to provide identification (passport, driver’s license, etc.) for verification. Upright Piano Use The upright piano in the living room is available free of charge. Available hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Please use it gently and respectfully. Guests may be responsible for repair costs in case of damage caused by misuse or negligence. Soundproof Music Studio Rental When not in use for lessons, the soundproof music studio with grand piano may also be available for rental. Check-in / Check-out Please return the entrance key to its original place when checking out. Early check-in from 3:00 PM and late check-out until 11:00 AM may be available for ¥2,000 per hour. Delayed check-out may incur a cleaning company waiting fee of ¥500 per 10 minutes. Transportation Service Care taxi service is available. Airport pickup/drop-off from Narita or Haneda may also be arranged. Neighbor Complaints / Emergencies If there is any urgent issue involving neighbors, please contact the local police station for assistance.
