T’Owd Sweet shop is located in the rural village of Thurlstone surrounded by stunning countryside, with two real ale pubs, hairdresser, bakery and plant shops. Just two miles away from the market town of Penistone with its numerous shops, pubs, eateries and local market on a Thursday morning. Ideally situated for the popular attractions of Cannon Hall Farm, the Yorkshire Sculpture Park, Wentworth Woodhouse stately home and the Yorkshire Wildlife Park. The space The property is a small single storey with private off street parking and a sunny garden to the rear. The kitchenette and lounge are open plan and is fully equipped with a full size fridge, freezer, oven, hob and washing machine. The lounge has a small bed settee, chair, radio and television. Just off from the lounge is a small shower room with shower, toilet and basin. The bedroom is at the back of the property overlooking the garden. This room has a comfy double bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps.
