But also for couples looking for disconnection, and romance This little cocoon features a 140cm double bed with stunning views of the water, perfect for waking up gently in a soothing setting. On the kitchen side, everything is planned to make you feel at home: - microwave - induction plate - coffee / tea kettle ... A meridian sofa invites you to relax after your walks or meals. A desk and wifi are present. An en-suite bathroom with shower, hair dryer and towels are at your disposal Outside, several spaces are set up, with barbecue, to fully enjoy the calm and peaceful atmosphere of the water's edge. Parking is easy and free in front of the house. Electric car charging is not available but you will find charging stations nearby. Linens and towels are included in the price. The garden also offers some outdoor games to share convivial moments, as well as deckchairs and a barbecue. You can enjoy your breakfasts, aperitifs or meals outdoors. If you'd like to extend these moments by slightly adjusting your check-in or checkout times, please let us know: depending on the availability of the cleaning team, this is sometimes possible. Finally, in addition to the terrace overlooking the Loire, you will enjoy a second direct access to the river, ideal for enjoying the freshness and particularly appreciated by fishing enthusiasts. The accommodation is located on the "Au fil du Loir" tourist circuit. It is therefore possible to see electric boats pass between 11 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. at one of the terraces offered by the accommodation. The passage of these boats does not generate any noise, because they are totally silent electric boats. Visits take place on weekends and holidays between 11 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. In high season, in July and August, this flagship activity of Bonneval is offered every day. We strongly advise our guests to enjoy this walk on the Loir, which allows you to discover the many washhouses of the city as well as its historic city center. Guest access You have access to the entire house and its exteriors. In addition to the free spaces available on the street, we provide a parking platform located directly on the grounds, inside the enclosed garden and secured by camera. The platform is slightly sloped; it is generally suitable for vehicles, but for very low cars (bumpers close to the ground), please let me know if you have any questions. Other things to note To ensure a clean and welcoming home for each of our guests, check-in is possible from 5 p.m. and check-out must be no later than 11 a.m. the next morning. If these times are not suitable, please do not hesitate to contact us beforehand. Depending on our availability and the schedule of other guests, we will do our best to satisfy you. A key box is present, but our priority is to offer you a pleasant and stress-free stay, a welcome in person may be possible depending on our availability. Before confirming a reservation, we like to chat briefly with our future tenants to get to know them better and to be able to accommodate them in the best possible conditions.
