More than just a room - private apartment

Welcome to our spacious apartment, which is more than just a room in our private home. You'll have your own private apartment (60m²) that includes: • Comfortable double bed • Sofa bed for a 3rd & 4th guest • Large bathroom • Smart TV • Fitness equipment • Fridge, coffee maker, a selection of teas & toaster (no kitchen) • Terrace • Parking spaces • Walking distance to the train and 20 min. to Nuremberg Central Station • 20 min. to the Exhibition Center by car • Recreational area right outside The space Quietly situated detached house on a hillside. The house was completely renovated in 2022. The apartment is located close to the city of Nuremberg, which you can reach in about 20 minutes by train and at the same time in the heart of the Schwarzachtal recreation area, which invites you to enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities. The apartment has a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a large living room with a smart TV, a workspace, fitness equipment, and access to the private terrace, as well as a bright bathroom with a shower. The sofa can be used as a bed for a third and fourth person. Towels and bed linen are provided. There is no kitchen, but a fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishes are available. Parking is available directly in front of the house. You are also invited to play borad games like UNO or Taboo. Guest access The entire apartment on the lower level is at your private disposal. We only share the building entrance and the stairwell. Key handover takes place either in person or via a key box with a code. Please note: Cleaning will not be provided during your stay. During your stay Should you have any questions during your stay, you can reach us by phone or text. Feel free to ring or knock on our door as well. Please let us know in advance approximately what time you plan to arrive. Other things to note We have a Border Collie mix (Elvis, 10 years old). He stays in our part of the house, so you won't have any contact with him – unless you want to say "hello".
