The villa is equipped with heating and air conditioning The first floor houses the large living area with the living room in front of the fireplace, the dining table and the kitchen complete with every accessory. From the living room, you can access the large balcony overlooking the hills and the lake. From the living area you pass to the two bedrooms both with two single beds and large wardrobes. On the first floor there is also a bathroom with a bathtub. On the ground floor there are two other bedrooms with separate access, one with two single beds and a smaller one with a single bed and a pull-out bed. The second bathroom is available to the two bedrooms on the ground floor and has a shower. The large porch with dining table is also located on the ground floor in front of the round pool and garden. The porch houses a large dining table where you can dine and have lunch away from the sun, immersed in your garden overlooking the hills and the lake. The garden surrounds the entire property. Guest access The property is for the exclusive use of guests. Other things to note Sheets and towels are included in your reservation, you will have a set available for each person for each reservation. During check-in, you will be asked to pay the tourist tax as required by law. All guests must present a valid ID at check-in to complete the registration procedures required by law.
