NO CLEANING FEE Suite has 3 rooms with the front door as your private entrance. Queen size bed,50 inch smart t.v.,small kitchen and combined sitting area and full private bath. The stocked kitchenette has coffee, dishes, silverware, napkins, paper towels, disinfectant wipes(if needed) microwave, fridge. There is a small leather loveseat and worktable. Free coffee/hot tea/snacks/cold drinks Separate work area Private entrance All cotton sheets Comfortable bed Quiet, non smoking property The space I welcome ALL people.This is a safe, polite, nonjudgmental business. This is a quiet Airbnb, where people come to rest and rejuvenate and have peace and quiet. If you are looking for a place to be loud, this is not it. Your space is private with no shared spaces inside. Extremely clean, quiet, well maintained private space and home. This is a Private entrance guest suite. No shared access to each other’s space. Located in the center of Stuart means we are close to everything in Martin County. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on this property. You must leave the premises in order to smoke. Guests are allowed access to their private mini apartment and the outside patio. I have put much thought and detail into the space in the hopes of providing you with the things you need while you travel. There is everything from a charging station, beach towels, cards, trivia, AA big book and more. You may check in at any time after 4. If you need an earlier time, I will do my best but cannot guarantee an earlier time. Very Late check ins are allowed,but MUST be arranged with PREVIOUS notice, so I am not alarmed at late night noises. Checkout time, regardless of your check in time, is 11 a.m. YOU MUST REGISTER THE CORRECT NUMBER OF GUESTS. IF THERE ARE 2 PEOPLE, YOU MUST REGISTER 2 PEOPLE. Guest access You have access to the 3 rooms in your mini apartment; bedroom, small kitchenette and separate bathroom. You may enjoy the outdoor patio in the backyard as well. The outdoor patio must be vacated by 10 PM to ensure a quiet night for the neighborhood. The vinyl privacy fence does have security stakes on the bottom to keep it closed, so you must open both stakes in order to open the gate. Other things to note NO CLEANING FEE OR CHORES. Please send me a text when you check out so that I know the space is empty for cleaning and resetting for the next guest. There are no unregistered guests allowed on the premises or inside the house. YOU MUST REGISTER CORRECT NUMBER OF GUESTS. If there are 2 guests, you must register 2 guests. I do have a dog. Her name is Annie. You may hear her bark a couple of times when you first enter and then she quiet right down. She is very used to people coming and going. She does not enter the AIRBNB area. You may see us going on walks. She is very friendly.
