Lounge room with TV outlooks to the river and bridge. Dining room overlooking cattle farm and Dawson River. Bathroom has a shower, freestanding washbasin, separate toilet room and includes a full laundry. Fully equipped kitchen overlooking the farm with a breakfast bar and all the essential small appliances including a coffee machine. Covered porch with BBQ for outdoor dining, daybed and outdoor furniture. Fenced grass backyard with a small garden, mulberry tree and guava tree. Picnic table on the riverbank and an outdoor fireplace.The cottage has endured numerous floods overs the years and we’ve restored it with the traveller in mind.
