A double room in a small cottage dating from the 16th century in Yoxford, known as the Garden of Suffolk. This is a characterful property recently updated and with many original features preserved and with a spacious and sunny garden for outdoor dining and drinking a morning coffee. A spacious open plan living space. The room has an ensuite shower, and double bed. Darsham Station is 10 mins walk. A unique spot from which to explore Suffolk's outstanding Heritage Coast and cultural gems. The space This is a semi detached 16th century Grade II listed cottage and includes original stone floor, coloured pane windows and other lovely features. It is two bedrooms one mine one for guests. A large open living space with two separate staircases leading to each bedroom. There is a woodburner and Aga for warmth in the living space. The garden is very simple and has excellent sun from dawn and through the day. There is an outdoor space called the Tabernacle and which I use as a work studio. There is a well equipped kitchen and in addition to the Aga a separate electric oven and hob for cooking. Parking is available in a shared forecourt with 2 other neighbours to the left hand side of the house Guest access Guests are welcome to use all the common space (kitchen, dining, living) garden and outdoor spaces. During your stay I will be here when you stay and happy to assist as needed.
