Under the Apple Tree – Country House in Morvan

Charming country house, ideal for families, with terrace and large garden, in Montreuillon, a village on the River Yonne. This old house, with its terracotta tiles and period materials, has retained its authenticity and may show some signs of age, without this detracting from its comfort. Bakery/grocery shop 3 minutes' walk away. Shops and restaurants 20 minutes away by car. The Morvan region is ideal for activities: hiking, fishing, canoeing, the Vélorail cycle route, Vézelay, and Lake Pannecière and Lake Settons. The space Cozy and ideal for families, our Morvan house is composed as follows: Ground floor: - Living room + dining room with large table and sofas - Fully equipped open kitchen (a second refrigerator is available under the stairs if needed) - Bedroom / multimedia room with sofa convertible into a double bed, flat screen TV and arcade terminal. 1st floor: - Two bedrooms with double bed and a baby crib - A children's room with two bunk beds + a pull-out bed, - Large bathroom with shower and toilet. Outdoor: Terrace adjoining the kitchen, with large table for 8/9 people and parasol. Garden dotted with fruit trees, equipped with everything you need to enjoy the sunny days: deckchairs, ping pong table, barbecue, hammock, swing, darts, picnic table, badminton...
