The space In the heart of the charming village of Trevi in Umbria, this cozy apartment combines the charm of the historic center with the convenience of modern services. Located a few steps from the bustling city center, where you will find local restaurants, bars and shops, it is ideal for those who want to explore the area without sacrificing comfort. The accommodation is a unique open space: entering, you will find the sleeping area and, separated by a small low wall, the dining area with induction stove and refrigerator, perfect for preparing your meals on your own. The space is air-conditioned and has a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a 4-centimeter topper, a sofa, and a 32-inch monitor screen so you can watch your favorite content through your own apps or free apps (Digital terrestrial TV is not available). Access to the property is with a convenient card key, so you don't have to worry about the keys and their clutter. To store your suitcases and clothes, you'll have a comfortable and spacious walk-in closet. The private bathroom with shower completes the accommodation, ensuring privacy and functionality. Convenient public parking is available nearby, easily accessible on foot. Ideal for couples or solo travelers looking for relaxation, culture, and authenticity, this apartment is the perfect base for discovering the beauties of Umbria. Guest access You will have all the spaces of the apartment at your disposal. As the photos clearly show, it is a unique and welcoming environment: as soon as you enter, you will find the sleeping area and, adjacent and separated by a low wall, the kitchen to prepare your specialties and the dining area to enjoy them. The other two rooms are a comfortable walk-in closet where you can store luggage and clothes, and the bathroom with shower. Your arrival At check-in, after identification, we will ask you to sign the short-term tourist rental agreement. We remind you that, by law, the presentation of identity documents is mandatory and the signing of such documents are essential conditions for handing you the access card to the apartment. Without these, we will not be able to proceed with hosting and, unfortunately, there will be no refund. Breakfast tip We are happy to provide you with a fully equipped kitchen and a coffee maker, ready for use. In order to comply with the regulations in force on tourist rentals, we are not allowed to provide you with food or beverages, including coffee, pods, or condiments. We therefore invite you to bring with you everything you like to start the day with a smile: if you are a coffee lover, remember to pack your favorite Dolce Gusto pods to enjoy a great espresso as soon as you arrive! Small touches for a peaceful stay The house is ready to welcome you. The bathroom has a comfortable shower with a 50-liter water heater, which is generally sufficient for two people. We only suggest waiting for the water to reach the ideal temperature. As for the electrical system, it is well structured for your needs; we only ask that you manage your consumption carefully, avoiding the simultaneous use of too many appliances – especially if they are high-consumption, such as the simultaneous use of a water heater and a hairdryer – to prevent annoying power outages. Safety information Outside the building, there is a security camera installed by a neighbor that records the area outside the property. The camera is not managed or accessible by Casa MaNà Trevi.
