It has 2 bedrooms with attached washroom in each of the rooms, a kingsize bed, ac, wardrobe and a study table. It has a spacious air conditioned hall with sofas and a 65 inch smart tv with wifi.There is a sofa cum bed in the hall which can sleep 2 person and an additional single bed. In addition to this there is a large sofa which can also be used to sleep one. The hall has a common washroom. With the existing arrangement, 7 adults comfortably fit in the entire house. In addition 2 child can fit in the king beds provided in the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary equipments like freeze, microwave , water purifier , gas oven and utensils. The main door of the hall leads to a well manicured lawn. The lawn has a sit-out area which guests can use. The food street of Pradhannagar i.e Nivedita road is a stone’s throw from the property. All means of transportation for going to any part of the town is easily available at the main gate of the property. Guest access The entire ground floor with 1 big hall , 1 dining, 1 kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 3 washrooms will be solely used by the guest. There are no spaces to be shared. Other things to note Guests are required to provide a valid government id for all guests during checkin.
