1 x main bedroom double bed with wardrobe space, 2 x further private bedrooms with either 2 x single beds or doubles when pushed together both with wardrobe space, Bedding/towels provided living room space with 1 x pull out double bed 1 x shower/WC room 1 x separate WC room Double glazing and gas central heating, Dinning room table for 6 x people, Free parking for unlimited Veichles, Wood flooring on entry throughout carpets in living room and bedrooms so easy to clean, large tv and broadband, The space The static home is located on the highly sought after Seaview holiday park Whitstable, 36ft x 12ft 3 bedrooms, + pull out double bed in the living room, So the home can sleep 8 comfortably. Bedding and clean towels provided There is gas central heating with radiators in every room, The home is almost brand new and we have only stayed there a handful of times, It is our second home ( but our kids are growing up so fast we just don't get the time to stay anymore, so I am sure if it is good enough for my family it will be great for yours too,) Double glazed windows, Hot running water, The home is so warm all year around, When you open the door in the winter you will feel the wind coming from the sea that is 100 meters away, Such a lovely clean area to go for walks, There is 1 x single toilet room with sink, And a beautiful shower room with a sink and a second toilet, ( lots of loo roll to ) All of the bedrooms have wardrobes, And there is super fast wifi through out the dwelling, The fridge/freezer is 6ft ish tall were you will find a complimentary milk if you want to add it to the coffee and tea, There is a gas cooker, Microwave,Toaster,Kettle,Pots and pans, Plates cups and glasses, And all the cutlery you will need, Please be aware, There is a block of Sharpe knives and scissors in the open plan kitchen and living room, So please hide them from the kids and any venerable people, There is free parking on site via gated access, There is a huge freeview TV in the living room and seating on the sofas for at least 8 people, And 2 bean bags and lots of cushions, There is a dinning room table for 4-6 people and lots of kitchen work surfaces for prepping and cooking family meals, We will have my partner Hayley my Daughter Annie-kate and myself available for interaction with our guests, We will leave an instruction manual to help you with the facilities that are very easy to use, I will add some notes here and there to simplify also..... Thank you and enjoy your stay Once you find the Holiday home number that will have (what 3 words ) and a map to help you, There is a very obvious and simple key lock box to gain entry I will give you the code…. I have now added a Bar b Q Guest access You can use the whole space and all of the onsite parking for your family…. There will be a key lock box located next to the front door with a key code only for your stay That will be changed for every new guest… On arrival you can contact me for the new key box code I will send you a map and a what3words link to direct you straight to the property Other things to note As you can see we are not adding a cleaning fee for the start and end of your stay…. To make your stay as economical as possible. Obviously the dwelling will be cleaned to the highest spec when you first arrive, With clean bedding and fresh towels… Complementary milk Tea coffee and sugar and of course loo roll… If you have booked for a longer period please understand we respect our guests privacy and we will not attend the property to clean on a Daily basis unless requested and specified… The fee for a specified clean and linen towel / change will have to be negotiated in advance…. And would require a fully vacated premises before any cleaning/service duty’s are carried out The property will come with more than enough self service cleaning materials for our guests to live in a clean environment, If for any reason there is any damage to the property carpets/flooring/walls/doors/ TVs electrical goods loss or mislaid items or extra cleaning needed that is not acceptable to everyday wear and tear ? The Guests will be held fully responsible, please understand the dwelling/home is NOT gas mains fed and runs from fully stocked gas bottles… we do not know when each gas bottle will run out so you may have to persevere and switch the valve over to the other gas bottle, located to the left hand side as you look out of the door… Very easy Please message us if you need advice or more instructions….
