The HOT TUB is located in the outdoor garden and is equipped with cover/alcove to be used in any season WITHOUT LIMITS OF USE and EXCLUSIVE USE. Use includes a surcharge "SUPER DISCOUNTED ON VACATION OFFER" TOTAL €60 A COUPLE PER WEEKENDS with room temperature water for bookings in the period from MAY 1 to SEPTEMBER 30. Ground floor – living area The large living area of about 50 square meters includes: Kitchen complete with dishwasher, built-in refrigerator, static and ventilated oven, microwave, gas stove, pots, dishes, glasses, American coffee maker, waffle coffee maker, and kettle. Dining area with 6-seater table, sparecchia-table furniture and furniture/showcase with glasses and wine decanters, porcelain tea and coffee service.
