Old sandstone walls, wooden beams and oak floors give this luxuriously furnished apartment its uniqueness! There is not only generous space around the dining table and the cozy sofa, but also in the sleeping area. There the beds can be placed together or individually. The flat-screen TV is mounted so that it can be moved and can be used from all areas. The bathroom and separate kitchen are fitted to a very high specification. You can easily reach the ground-level apartment from your parking space in the yard. Our Franconian farm has three vacation apartments and can accommodate up to ten guests. The location of residence no. 6 is attractive both because of its optimal connection to the World Heritage city of Bamberg, to Coburg, Bayreuth and Nuremberg, and because of the surrounding area of the Upper Main-Jura. The unique proximity to nature and the variety of nearby recreational opportunities are a real treasure trove. The listed property has been rebuilt in recent years and lovingly renovated with a passion for detail. The renovation measures were carried out with biological building materials, taking into account aspects of monument preservation. This created a unique spatial and living environment. The exposed sandstone walls and the vault, which is open up to the roof peaks, give the apartments their uniqueness. In all living areas, you will discover old wooden beams, exposed timber framing, and exposed old sandstone walls. Solid wood furniture with upscale finishes stands on wooden plank floors. In the courtyard, special emphasis was placed on preserving or restoring the old well and the old bakery. A cottage garden with herbs, an outdoor kitchen with a charcoal grill, hammocks and seating areas in the garden, barn and courtyard areas transform the Residenz Nr. 6 property into a vacation oasis. For our guests, we have created a room that, in addition to a washing machine, dryer and laundry sink, also offers storage space for bicycles or similar items. You can use our sauna, the herbs and fruits from the garden, the Wi-Fi and the parking spaces in the yard free of charge.
