The kitchen is modern, fully equipped, and includes a separate laundry area for washing clothes and storing cleaning supplies. The master bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and a fully equipped en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom, ideal for children or guests, features a bunk bed with a single bed on top and a wide bed below. This room also includes a desk for working and has access to a second bathroom located in the hallway. Guest access This apartment includes private underground parking in the building, ensuring greater comfort and security during your stay. In the parking space, you’ll find 2 complimentary electric bikes available for you to use during your stay and explore Altea and the surrounding area. 🚲 In the building’s common areas, there is a large communal swimming pool — a safe and peaceful space just a few meters from the sea. Located just a few meters from the seafront promenade and the center of Altea, you’ll find all kinds of shops, businesses, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants—no car needed. Other things to note In accordance with the regulations in force in the Valencian Community, Decree Law 9/2024, all stays of 10 nights or more, require the signing of a temporary rental contract before arrival. In addition, a deposit of 100€ must be paid. This will be returned in full at the end of the stay, provided there is no damage to the property and the house rules are complied with. This procedure is a legal and administrative requirement to ensure compliance with local regulations. It does not represent any change to the conditions previously agreed to in your booking.
