It has a safe space for bicycles and is a pet-friendly accommodation, ideal for enjoying the surroundings with your pet. There's no rush here: a place to enjoy the silence, calm, and an authentic experience. House layout: 🏠 Ground floor: living-dining room with wood-burning fireplace (check availability and price), kitchenette, and bathroom. 🌳 First floor: * La Morera Room: double bedroom. * La Cumbre Room: single bedroom. * El Olivo Room: double bedroom. ⛰️ Second floor: terrace with washing machine, large clothesline, and mountain views. 🌿 Garden: 400 m² of completely fenced land, with a barbecue, hammock, and areas to enjoy breakfasts, lunches, and dinners under the branches of the Morereta. 📍 Located at the end of the village, in the direction of Penya de l'Or, in a quiet area surrounded by nature, about 50 meters from the L'Era bar and with free street parking. It is an accommodation designed for rest and tranquility. (Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am) * No smoking or vaping inside the house 🚭. * Do not flush paper down the toilet to avoid clogs. 👶 The house is not suitable for babies or small children. Area 📍 information: Bolulla is a quiet village with about 400 inhabitants. It is recommended to have your own vehicle, as public transportation is limited. 🍽️ Nearby you'll find the Bar-Restaurant L'Era, serving breakfasts, lunches and traditional cuisine. 🌿 In the surrounding area, you can enjoy hiking and cycling trails through the Sierra de Bèrnia, as well as visit places such as Altea, Guadalest and the Fuentes del Algar.
