The house is located in a panoramic position, in the upper part of the small village of S. Gregorio, a few meters from the sea. It's on one level. There are 2 bedrooms: 2 double beds + cot in each room, (sleeps 8), 2-seater sofa bed in the living room, 2 full bathrooms with shower, a kitchen with access to a small terrace, large and bright living room with access to a large equipped terrace, third terrace above with sea view. The space S. Gregorio is one of the last resorts on the Ionian coast, which bathes the western side of the Salento peninsula. It is a small village, very quiet and uncrowded, where there are two newsstands, a mini-market, two bars, and two restaurants serving fresh fish. Due to its morphology, the bay on which it stands was once a natural harbor. The coast that develops in the surroundings alternates small rocky coves with stretches of fine white sand. About 4 km south of S. Gregorio, stands S. Maria di Leuca, a very lively and popular port town, 15 minutes by car you can reach Gallipoli, in 30 minutes you can reach Otranto, in an hour you can reach Lecce where you can admire the “Barocco Leccese”.
