Idyllic archipelago house for year-round visit

Idyllic archipelago house with large patios on three sides of the building, two of which have lake views. Shared swimming jetty for sunbathing/bathing. Fire pit in the house, & large garden. Opportunities for numerous leisure activities throughout the year. Kubb (Swedish game similar to Cornhole) and badminton are available. Inside the house, you will find tips for excursions on foot, by bicycle, or by car. The Stockholm Archipelago Trail (SAT) hiking trail passes close by the house. Cleaning is done by the guest. The space The house is situated in a quiet location in a small village with very beautiful and pleasant surroundings with both cliffs/sea, meadows and forest. Swimming dock. You can easily get there from Stockholm in about 1.5-2 hours by car. Bus/archipelago boat approx. 2.5 hours // House located in beautiful surroundings including sea, meadows, and forest. Access to a swimming bridge/jetty. Easy to travel from Stockholm, approx. 1.5-2 hours by car. Bus and archipelago boat, approx. 2.5 hours Guest access I huset finns 3 sovrum, vardagsrum+kök+matplats. Tvätt/diskmaskin, kyl/frys. Vanlig vattentoalett, badrummet av lite äldre modell. Terass och stor trädgård med gräsmatta. Till huset finns en enkel friggebod med 2 extra bäddar i utkanten av tomten, tillgänglig vid överenskommelse på förhand. House: 3 bedrooms, livingroom, dining place, kitchen and bathroom (older), ordinary watercloset. Washing machine and dish washing machine. Big terrace and lawn. At the edge of the grounds there is a simple garden shed with 2 extra beds, available at additional cost if agreed beforehand. Notice: Guests will unfortunately not have access to all wardrobes/some drawers due to storage of private belongings. Some space may be occupied in fridge/freezer/cupboard since we use it as our country house but we make sure to make space for guests convenience. Other things to note The water comes from our own well and at times it can be affected by sulfur or phosphorus in terms of smell. However, the quality is excellent and it is fully usable. In the living room, there is a TV screen but no TV channels. There is a Chromecast, but no technical support for technical problems // eng Tap water from our own well, may sometimes have a discrete smell of phosphor or sulfur, though the quality is perfect.
