One of a kind Airbnb experience located in the heart and geographic center of Puerto Rico - Orocovis. This cabin style home is located in the beautiful mountainous region known as Porta Cordillera. This is a custom built cabin that was designed and constructed by local craftsmen in the area using the best raw materials found in the region. The cabin features native Capa Prieto wood that provides a rustic feel and cozy environment throughout the entire property. The space The cabin features four spacious rooms, open concept living area that flows seamlessly between the rustic kitchen, dinning, living, and gaming area. The property has two bathrooms. Main bathroom is located in the first floor and second bathroom is located next to the main cabin. Theirs an outdoor BBQ area (El Fogón) with three separate grill sections, an outdoor kitchen sink, and counter space for food prepping. Next to the BBQ area there’s a covered patio were you can have your meals or just relax and enjoy the views. The cabin also features a large outdoor wood fire pit and gazebo. The fire pit area is the perfect space to gather with the people you love the most, spend quality time together, and make great memories. From the gazebo you will be able to enjoy the best views of the property and be able to see as far as Dorado (on a clear day). Guest access Guests can access all areas of the cabin, stable, and green areas of the property. We recommend staying within the green areas that are well kept and maintained. Other things to note *This is a cabin style home that is in a remote area of Puerto Rico. The cabin is completely off the main grid of the island, but is equipped with solar power and it’s own water supply. Please be mindful that electric and water supplies need to be consumed moderately. **Pets: We are pet friendly, but with restrictions. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms, no exceptions. Pets must be potty trained and have a kennel during the stay. All pet waste needs to be picked up and discarded by the owner. Pets are allowed only if prior coordinated with the host. We will evaluate each reservation on a case by case basis. Pet fee $50 each per night. ***Pricing: The original price is for the first two guests. Any additional guests are $50 each per day/night. Rooms will be filled according to how many guests are in the reservation. For example; a reservation for 1 to 2 guests will have access to the first room. A reservation for 3 to 6 guests will have access to the first two rooms. A reservation for 7 to 10 guests will have access to the first three rooms. A reservation for 11 to 14 guests will give you access to all four bedrooms. ****Early Checking and/or Late Checkout: $80 per additional hour. For example, if you would like an early checking time of 1pm (two before regular checking time), it would be an additional $160 to the regular rate. If you you would like a late checkout of 3pm (three hours past regular checkout time), it would be an additional $240 to the regular rate. *****Cleaning: We do not charge a cleaning fee like most Airbnbs and short term rentals do. We expect for the cabin to be returned in similar conditions as is given. Please be considerate. ******Cinematography and photography sessions need to be coordinated with the host. Pricing for these types of projects start at $500 - price will vary by the scope and complexity of the project. *******Family events (weddings, parties, retreats, etc.) need to be coordinated with the host before hand to arrange logistical support and to ensure we can facilitate support to meet your needs.
