This lively, multicultural neighbourhood mixes old-quarter vibes with a welcoming atmosphere and cool local spots to discover. The space This apartment is in the heart of Barcelona, on the 2nd floor (no lift — bonus exercise!), and the entire space is all yours—no sharing. The living/dining area has a small kitchenette with fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, and microwave. Step out onto the authentic Catalan balcony for fresh air or a quick smoke (please close doors and use the ashtray; apartment is non-smoking). A separate laundry room has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, and the apartment showcases parquet floors and classic Catalan beamed ceilings. The two bedrooms face the interior, but each has a sliding glass panel to let in light and air, as shown in the photos. Like many apartments in Barcelona’s old quarters, natural light is limited, but the prime location makes up for it! Note: Utility bills (water, electricity, Wi-Fi) are not included. Guest access This apartment is all yours—unlike many rentals in Barcelona, you won’t be sharing with other guests. You’ll have the entire space to yourself, ensuring complete privacy and comfort throughout your stay. Other things to note House Rules & Important Info No subletting, party groups, or pets. Maximum 2 guests (including children). Daytime visitors must be approved in advance. No additional overnight guests allowed. Air conditioning is available only in the living room. Utility bills (water, electricity, Wi-Fi) are not included in the rental price. Smoking is permitted only outside using the ashtray provided. Extra cleaning fees apply for smoking indoors or leaving the apartment in poor condition. Please respect quiet hours and be considerate of the neighbours. Always lock the main door, close balcony doors, and activate the alarm when leaving the apartment. Payments at Check-in Upon arrival, you must pay in cash: €35 for monthly Wi-Fi €250 security deposit (1 month) €350 utilities deposit (2 months) At the end of your stay, any unused balance from utilities will be returned to you. If utility use exceeds the deposit, the difference will be charged. You will also be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement confirming your acceptance of these rules and terms of stay.
