Shops nearby and many opportunities for cultural visits, sports (climbing, canoeing, canyoning water skiing, etc.), nature and swimming in the Lot and Dordogne. Housing Our house is very comfortable and it feels immediately good. It is organized on two levels: - On the ground floor, an open kitchen, dining room, 1 double bedroom and a twin bedroom and a bathroom with toilet; - on the first floor, accessible by an internal staircase, the living room then 1 double bedroom with bathroom and toilet and dressing room and a dormitory with 4 single beds. - a terrace accessible from the dining room or outside with a view of the Lot Valley; The land is 2200 m² unfenced, with swimming pool 10x5m unheated. Depending on the season you will find apples, plums or cherries in the garden. The house and the garden are well equipped for adults and children: swimming pool, large shaded garden table, barbecue, television, internet, etc. The swimming pool will be open from June 1st to September 30th.
