We invite you to discover our wonderful house located in Pina, a charming town in Mallorca where you will spend an unforgettable vacation! The space The spacious house consists of 3 bedrooms all with double bed. Two of them have an en-suite bathroom with shower. The house has two entrances, the main entrance and to its left an entrance that directly faces the patio with the possibility of entering the car and parking it inside the property. The garden is next to the pool and has planted fruit trees that depending on the time of year have fruit and guests can enjoy the oranges and more Mediterranean fruits. The pool is one of the jewels of the house, perfect for sharing a relaxing afternoon, reading with your feet in the water or a fun time playing with the little ones (or not so small). The BBQ is located to the right of the patio, perfect for an outdoor meal. The pool lights are automatic. They turn on every night from 9:30 PM to 11:30 PM. Guest access There are no common areas, the house is exclusively for guests. Other things to note Price does not include tourist tax. Payment is made in cash at the property. The house is for a maximum of 5 people. If 5 people plus a baby come, the additional cost per night is €8, payable in cash at the property.
