The house impresses with its Mallorcan interior with striking wooden beams which give the rooms a warm expression and a cozy atmosphere. Cook your favorite dishes to enjoy on the terrace. The space Our enchanting and well-equipped house is the ideal accommodation for couples or families with up to 6 persons. Ideal to live in is the house with 4 people. For 2 more people there is another (sleeping)room available with a comfortable sofa bed. On the ground floor are bedroom 1, bathroom 1 and utility room. On the first floor you will find the bedrooms two and three as well as the second bathroom. The second floor is the charming heart of the house, featuring the living/dining room, the new, modern kitchen, and direct access to the 215-square-foot (20-square-meter) roof terrace with wonderful mountain views. The house has mobile air conditioners that ensure a pleasant temperature even on hot days. Private parties in the house or on the roof terrace are not permitted. We ask for your understanding that we only accept guests from the age of 25. Guest access You can use all the rooms of the house including the roof terrace and the utility room with washing machine and dryer. Likewise, the towels, bed linen, the cabinets and all the appliances in the house. A dog bed is also available. Other things to note Explore the area, which offers many attractions, good restaurants and untouched nature. Stroll through the old town of Andratx and immerse yourself in its exciting history. Andratx is located in a lush valley in the southwest of Mallorca, where you will discover old castles, monasteries and artificial caves and can enjoy gorges, high mountains and beautiful coastlines. From the church in the village, many hiking trails start into the Tramuntana mountains. If you prefer sports on your vacation, the golf course in Camp de Mar and the serpentines and steep slopes of the mountain roads offer challenging cycling and golf fun. Sea lovers and those seeking relaxation can go to the beautiful sea. The beaches of Camp de Mar and St. Elm are each 10 minutes away. Also inviting is the lively and hip Port Andratx, which is only 5 km away, with its harbor and many bars and restaurants. Art lovers will get their money's worth at the CCA, just 3 km away, with its changing exhibitions.
