We are renting out our wonderful terrace loft Vianne (100 m² apartment, 25 m² terrace), which we rebuilt in 2024. The loft offers a great view over Bern's old town/towards Dählhölzliwald and comfortably accommodates 4 people (1 large double bed and a high-quality sofa bed). Bern's old town can be reached by tram (50 m away) in 8 minutes, and Bern's local mountain, Gurten, and the Aare river are just a few minutes' walk away. A parking space is included. The space The bright city loft was built in 2024 and offers a wonderful view of Bern's old town. At the entrance is the large open kitchen and dining room (26 m²) with large windows facing the city of Bern and the Aare River, as well as the large semi-covered terrace (25 m²). The living room (38 m²) is located in the southern part of the loft, and the open-plan bedroom (32 m²) with integrated bathroom (double sink, toilet and large shower) is located at the rear. A parking space is included in the rental price. The flat is wonderfully bright and sunny and comfortably accommodates 4 people (1 large double bed (2.1 x 2.1 m) and 1 high-quality sofa bed (1.6 x 2 m)), a large dining table for up to 8 people and an open, bright kitchen with a view of the old town. The apartment also has a second balcony (approx. 4 m²). Guest access Access is via a master lock, which is located to the right of the front door in the top letterbox. Other things to note The car can be parked in the parking lot on the right sight of the house (yellow marking).
