The space Dream View – Apartment A21, perched on the 3rd floor of a building (no elevator) on the front line of the Rafraf Corniche. Modern and bright apartment of 50m², with large glass windows offering sea views from the living room, bedroom and kitchen. It includes a double bedroom, a living room with sofa and workspace (foldable desk), a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee maker, microwave, dishes, utensils, tea towels). The living room is air-conditioned, the large bay window allows the coolness to spread into the room as well. Wi-Fi connection (excellent speed of 50 Mbps). Electric barbecue, TV, sun loungers, linen, towels and kayak included. A baby park with a mattress can be provided upon request. PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Take the rental at Beb Saadoun station to Ras Jebel (≈ 5.7 TND). In Ras Jebel, Rafraf Taxi Station is next to The Village Mosque. Take a taxi to Rafraf (≈ 2.5 TND per person or 10 TND for the whole taxi). The taxi will drop you off at Rafraf Beach station. A short walk leads to the Corniche and Dream View. PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION: A paid transfer from the airport can drop you off directly at the apartment. Please book this service in advance. You access the apartment through the main entrance from the corniche, common entrance to several apartments, then an internal staircase leads you to your apartment A21, completely private. A lockbox is available for self check-in. Access is not suitable for people with disabilities. Private parking is available near the main entrance from October to mid-June. In summer, parking is available in a public car park about 50 meters away. Other things to note The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located, just steps from the sea. Access is either through a passage in the rocks just in front of the house, or through the sandy beach to the right of the accommodation. The cornice, which separates the street from the sea, is perfect for strolling or admiring the sunset without walking on the sand. Nearby you will find several popular cafes and restaurants such as Cabana Raf or Havana Restaurant. Don't miss the discovery of Pilaw Island and Sidi Ali El Mekki Mountain, also accessible by boat directly from Rafraf, a beautiful local excursion not to be missed. From September 15 to June 15, the cornice is peaceful and ideal for relaxing. In summer, it becomes very lively: shops open late, the promenade lights up and families find themselves in a friendly and joyful atmosphere. This effervescence gives life to the city and creates a family atmosphere typical of Tunisian holidays, while remaining pleasant thanks to the height of the apartment which reduces noise.
