Nestled in a green setting of 4,000 m², between dry stone walls and Mediterranean vegetation, it offers an enchanting setting for vacations with family or friends. An art of living between authenticity and modernity: Upon arrival, you will be seduced by the subtle combination of old world charm – columns, old doors – and contemporary comfort. The house is cooled in summer by a cooling floor, for optimal well-being at all times. The heart of the house beats in its vast 70 m² living room: large soft sofas, perfectly equipped open kitchen with a friendly central island, and large bay windows that extend the space onto a 30 m² shaded terrace. The perfect place to share meals, laughter and precious moments. Spaces designed for everyone: The house can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. A CUSTOMIZED STAY TO DISCOVER NATURE: Choose your activities to practice with family or friends: - Hiking with Claire, a mountain guide who will adapt the circuits according to the age and physical condition of the participants. She will help you discover the natural treasures of our landscapes in a friendly atmosphere. Rates: €30/pers half-day and €50/pers day. - Caving that can be practiced in all weather, with Yannis, a BE instructor in caving with 25 years of experience: Different difficulty levels are offered, from 3 years old: Rates: - easy caving 1/2 day 45 euros/pers - relaxing caving 1/2 day 50 euros/pers, 70 euros per day. - intrepid caving: 100 euros/pers per day. - Climbing with Hervé, an experienced climbing sports instructor, who will adapt the difficulties according to your level, from 6 years old: - climbing, rappelling, via ferrata (for adults and children over 40 kg) rates: 35 euros/person for half a day - The "Adventure Day" supervised by Claire and Hervé. It is a hike from the top of the cliffs to the edge of the river, with an introduction to the rappel technique on a small 10 m cliff, then a 40 m rappel in the Chassezac gorges with the practice of the lessons learned related to the rappel (possibilities to avoid the 40 m rappel for people who wish).
