Completely renovated, it is very bright and features high ceilings, design details and a private outdoor patio ideal for breakfast or relaxation. 🛋 Living area: sofa (usable as a single bed), Smart TV with Sky, Netflix and Prime Video, dining table for 4, large wardrobe, super-equipped induction kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.). 🛏 Sleeping area on the mezzanine (height 1.40 m): comfortable double bed with memory pillows, chest of drawers, bedside tables, window and second TV (only Netflix and Prime video). 🛁 Modern bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, anteroom with washing machine, ironing board and first aid kit. 🌿 Exclusive outdoor patio, full of plants and flowers, with chairs and a coffee table to enjoy a moment of relaxation in the sun or an outdoor breakfast. All the windows in the apartment are equipped with blackout curtains. Guest access The entire space is for the exclusive use of guests. The loft is ideal for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 3 guests thanks to the sofa bed (with an additional cost of 20 euros).
