Elmhurst/Flushing is centrally located to a diversified neighborhood. Citifield, Queens Museum, US Open @Arthur Ash Stadium and Flushing Meadow Park just couple of miles. Plus bus to subway runs from my corner of Apt. Every 10 minutes from 6AM-9PM(peak Hours) bus departs and connects you to #7 train which gets you into Manhattan in 30-40. Main Street in Flushing is Home to over 100 Asian restaurants and shops. Northern Blvd is 3 blocks away full of many ethnic restaurants/bars/shopping. The space Entire Apt consist of Rear BR w/ 2 Queen Beds for 4 and Front BR w/ Queen and twin. Both BRs have a 55” inch Smart TV with Netflix. Your entrance is through front of house but also have access to Rear 2nd door in case of emergency. Dual central air and central heat in BR and Livingroom/Kitchen/Dinette area. The Q19 to N train in Astoria OR Q49 to #7 train will have you in Manhattan within 30-40 minutes tops. Guest access Guest can access the through Front black door of lower level entry. ( There is a rear door entry in case of emergency). 2 BRs with 2 Queen beds and 2 twin beds along w/ rest of kitchen/dinette and bathroom/shower that encompasses entire Apt. 4 total Beds- 3 Queen and 1 Twin Size that sleeps 7. Other things to note Rear Entrance has a deadbolt lock and should be used only for Emergency- not for smoking outside of Apt. Please no smoking/parties/ quiet time begins 10 weekdays-11PM weekends.
